|3 Cups||Cheddar Cheese, grated|
|1/4 Cup||Apple Juice|
|1 Tsp||Garlic Juice|
|3 Lbs||Beef, cubed|
1) Melt 1 tbsp butter in a pan.
2) Cook meat to personal preference. Set aside.
3) Heat the cheese, butter, milk, apple juice and garlic juice together until well blended.
4) Transfer to a fondue pot to keep heated.
5) Dip cubed beef in cheese fondue.
