| 3 Cups | Squash, peeled and cubed |
| 1/3 Cup | Orange Juice |
| 2 Tsp | Butter |
| 1 Tbsp | Garlic, minced |
| 1 1/2 Tsp | Ginger Root, minced |
| Salt and Pepper |
1) In skillet, combine squash, orange juice, butter, garlic and ginger; cover and cook over medium low heat for 10 - 15 minutes or until tender. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
