| 4 - 5 | Potatoes, peeled, sliced |
| 3 - 4 | Onions, peeled, sliced |
| 2 Tbsp | Butter |
| 4 Tbsp | Garlic, minced |
| 1 Tsp | Salt |
| 1/4 Tsp | Pepper |
| 1/4 Tsp | Nutmeg |
| 1 Tsp | Dried Thyme Leaves |
| 3 Tbsp | Parsley, chopped |
| 1/2 Cup | Whipping Cream |
| Paprika |
1) Saute onions in butter in a large skillet until soft and transparent.
2) In a shallow baking dish, arrange in layers, sliced potatoes and onions, sprinkling with garlic and seasonings in between layers for best flavor.
3) Bake at 350 F for 40 minutes.
4) Add whipping cream all over top. Sprinkle with paprika.
5) Increase temperature to 400 F.
6) Bake for 10 - 20 minutes more until portatoes are soft and pierceable.
