| 1 Lb | Mushrooms, sliced |
| 1 | Onion, diced |
| 1/3 Cup | Water |
| 1 Tbsp | Butter |
| 1/2 Tsp | Salt |
| 1/2 Tsp | Pepper |
| 2 Tbsp | Flour |
| 1/2 Cup | Whipping Cream |
1) Cook mushrooms, onion, water, butter, salt, and pepper in a medium saucepan for 15 - 20 minutes.
2) In small bowl, beat flour into whipping cream with a wire whisk until the mixture is smooth. Slowly add creamed mixture to a mushroom mixture, stirring constantly. Cook until thickend.
