| 24 | Oysters, fresh |
| 1/4 Tsp | Salt |
| 1/4 Tsp | Pepper |
| 1/4 Tsp | Nutmeg |
| 6 | Bacon slices, cooked and chopped |
| 1 Cup | Swiss Cheese, grated |
| 1 Cup | Whipping Cream |
| 1/2 Cup | Bread Crumbs |
| 2 Tbsp | Butter |
1) Shuck oysters, replace in half shells with juices.
2) Arrange in a baking dish.
3) Sprinkle salt, pepper and nutmeg over oysters; scatter bacon on top of the oysters; then sprinkle cheese.
4) Top with cream, cover with breadcrumbs and butter.
5) Bake at 400 F for 20 minutes.
