4 CupsCabbage, red or green, shredded
3Carrots, grated
1Green Pepper, diced
1/2Onion, diced
1/2 CupMayonnaise
1/2 TspSalt
1/2 TspPepper
Sugar to taste
1 CupApple, diced

1) Toss together all ingredients. Add milk to desired consistency.
2) Before eating, stir in apples if desired.
