| 1/2 cup | Brown Sugar |
| 1/2 Cup | Corn Syrup |
| 1/4 Cup | Golden Flavor shortening |
| 1 | Egg |
| 1 Tsp | Vanilla |
| 1/4 Tsp | Salt |
| 3/4 Cup | Raisins |
| 1 | Double Pie Crust Dough |
1) Prepare pastry.
2) Roll out thinly on lightly floured surface.
3) Cut into rounds with 4' cutter.
4) Fit into medium-sized muffin cups.
5) Combine all ingredients except raisins; mix well.
6) Put raisins into pastry shells, dividing evenly.
7) Fill 2/3 full with mixture.
8) Bake on bottom shelf at 425 F for 12 - 14 minutes or until set.
9) Cool on wire rack, then remove from pans.
