| 1 Cup | Rice, instant |
| 1 Cup | Water |
| 2 Cups | Milk |
| 2 Tbsp | Cornstarch |
| 1 | Egg, whisked |
| 1/4 Cup | Sugar |
| 1/2 Cup | Raisins |
| 2 Tbsp | Cinnamon |
| 1 Tbsp | Nutmeg |
| 1 Tsp | Cloves (optional) |
| 1/2 Tsp | Ginger |
1) Boil water; add rice; set aside, covered 10 minutes.
2) When rice has soaked up all the water.
3) Whisk egg together with a 1/4 cup of milk and add to rice.
4) Add the rest of the ingredients, stirring well until boiling point.
5) Refrigerate overnight.
