Traditional Fondue

1 1/2 CupWine
1Garlic Clove
3/4 LbSwiss Cheese, grated
1/4 LbCheddar Cheese, grated
1/3 LbGouda Cheese, grated
1 TbspCornstarch
1Italian Bread, cubed

1) Boil wine and garlic together.
2) Simmer. Remove garlic clove.
3) Blend cheese with cornstarch; add to wine.
4) Whisk until cheese melts.
5) Transfer to fondue pot over low heat.
6) Eat with cubed bread.
