|2 Cups||Cheddar Cheese, grated|
|1 Cup||Swiss Cheese, grated|
|1 Cup||Montery Jack Cheese, grated|
|1/4 Tsp||Garlic, minced|
1) Heat the butter and onion for 4 minutes; add milk, cheese, wine and garlic; cook for 6 minutes until cheese melts.
2) Spoon into fondue pot.
3) Garnish with bread and raw vegetables.
