|1/2 Cup||Blueberries, minced|
|1/2 Cup||Yogurt, plain|
|1/4 Cup||Orange Juice|
|1/2 Cup||Whipped Cream, prepared|
1) Heat blueberries and yogurt.
2) Shake orange juice and cornstarch together. Add to blueberries.
3) After it boils, refrigerate for a half hour.
4) Fold with whipped cream.
5) Eat with biscuits or fruit slices.
Fruit Slices: Nectarines, Grapefruit, Orange, Kiwi, Papaya, etc.
