| 1/2 Cup | Butter, softened |
| 3/4 Cup | Brown Sugar, firmly packed |
| 1 | Egg |
| 1/2 Tsp | Vanilla |
| 1/2 Tsp | Cinnamon |
| 1/4 Tsp | Nutmeg |
| 1/2 Tsp | Salt |
| 1 Tsp | Baking Soda |
| 3/4 Cup | Flour |
| 1 1/4 Cup | Oats, instant |
| 3/4 Cup | Raisins |
1) Cream butter and sugar together. Add eggs and vanilla. Stir in flour, oats, baking soda, nutmeg, cinnamon and salt; mix well. Stir in raisins.
2) Drop dough with a tablespoon in small balls at 1 1/2 inches apart on baking sheets lined with parachment paper.
3) Bake at 350 F for 10 - 12 minutes.
