|1 Cup||Graham Crumbs|
|3 Tbsps||Butter, softened|
|2 Pkgs||Cream Cheese|
|2 Tsps||Lemon Juice|
|Cherry, Blueberry, Strawberry|
| Topping or Pie Filling|
1) Preheat oven at 375 F.
2) Combine graham along the bottom of a baking pan.
3) Press the graham along the bottom of a baking pan.
4) Blend cream cheese, eggs, sugar, vanilla and lemon juice.
5) Place into crust.
6 Bake 45 minutes or until knife inserted in the center of the cake comes out clean.
7) Refrigerate and garnish with blueberries, cherries or orange slices.
Variation: Refrigerate cream cheese filling, in place of baking it.
