| 1 Tbsp | Sugar |
| 1 Tsp | Cinnamon |
| 1/4 Tsp | Nutmeg |
| 3 Tbsps | Butter, softened |

| 2 | Eggs |
| 3/4 Cup | Sugar |
| 1 Tsp | Vanilla |
| 2 Tsps | Lemon Juice |
| Cherry, Blueberry, Strawberry |
| Topping or Pie Filling |
1) Preheat oven at 375 F.
2) Combine graham along the bottom of a baking pan.
3) Press the graham along the bottom of a baking pan.
4) Blend cream cheese, eggs, sugar, vanilla and lemon juice.
5) Place into crust.
6 Bake 45 minutes or until knife inserted in the center of the cake comes out clean.
7) Refrigerate and garnish with blueberries, cherries or orange slices.
Variation: Refrigerate cream cheese filling, in place of baking it.
