| 1 Cup | Flour, whole wheat |
| 1 Cup | Flour |
| 1 Cup | Bran |
| 2 Tsp | Baking Powder |
| 2 Tsp | Baking Soda |
| 1 Tsp | Salt |
| 2 | Eggs |
| 3/4 Cup | Brown Sugar |
| 2 Cups | Milk |
| 3/4 Cup | Olive Oil |
| 1 Cup | Mincemeat |
1) Heat oven to 375 F. In large bowl, mix dry ingredients. In a small bowl, whisk eggs adding sugar, milk, oil and mincemeat.
2) Make a well in the dry ingredients. Pour in liquid mixture. Stir with a fork until just blended.
3) Pour into prepared muffin cups or cake liners and bake for 20 minutes.
