| 2 | Eggs |
| 1 Cup | Sugar |
| 6 Oz | Oil |
| 1/3 Cup | Milk or Yogurt, Plain |
| 1/2 Cup | Poppy Seeds, ground |
| 1 1/2 Cups | Flour |
| 1 1/2 Tsps | Baking Powder |
| 1/2 Tsp | Salt |
| 1/2 Tsp | Vanilla |
| 1/2 Tsp | Cinnamon |
| 1/4 Cup | Walnuts, chopped |
1) Combine first 5 ingredients in a large bowl and whisk for 3 minutes with a beater.
2) Put next 5 ingredients in a bowl and mix. Add to liquid mixture and whip until all is blended together, then add in walnuts and mix.
3) Bake at 350 F for 12- 20 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
