| 2/3 Cup | Cocoa Powder |
| 1/2 Cup | Water |
| 1 1/2 Cup, heaping | Flour |
| 2 Tsp | Baking Powder |
| 1/4 Tsp | Baking Soda |
| 1/2 Cup | Butter |
| 1 1/2 Cup | Sugar |
| 3 | Eggs |
| 1 Cup | Sour Cream |
| 1/4 Cup | Chocolate Chips or Morsels, optional |
1) Dissolve cocoa in hot water, blend. Set aside to cool.
2) Sift flour, baking powder and baking soda.
3) Cream butter and sugar in separate bowl.
4) Add eggs one at a time to butter and sugar.
5) Add cocoa.
6i) Add flour mixture alternatively with sour cream. (Do not overmix)
7) Bake at 350 F for 30 - 35 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
