| 12 Sq | Semi-Sweet Chocolate |
| 1/2 Cup | Sugar |
| 2 | Eggs |
| 1/4 Cup | Butter, softened |
| 1 Tsp | Vanilla |
| 2/3 Cup | Flour |
| 1/2 Tsp | Salt |
1) Melt chocolate and butter; add sugar, eggs and vanilla. Blend together with flour and salt.
2) Place in baking pan.
3) Top with cheesecake topping.
4) Bake at 350 F for a half hour.
Cheesecake Topping
| 1 Pkg | Cream Cheese |
| 2 Tbsp | Butter |
| 1/2 Cup | Sugar |
| 2 Tbsp | Milk or Cream |
| 2 | Eggs |
| 1 Tbsp | Flour |
| 3 Sq | Chocolate, semi-sweet |
1) Cream cream cheese, butter, sugar, cream, eggs and flour together.
2) Melt chocolate over low heat; blend with cream cheese mixture.
3) Place over brownie.
Garnish
| 1 Sq | Chocolate, semi-sweet |
| 1/4 Tsp | Rum |
1) Heat chocolate and rum together.
2) Garnish over cooked cheesecake.
