| 1/2 Cup | Milk |
| 1 Cup | Blackforest Ham, diced |
| 1 Cup | Mozzarella and Swiss Cheese, grated |
| 1 Cup | Broccoli Florets |
| 1/4 | Onion |
| 1 Tsp | Garlic, minced |
| 1 Tsp | Salt |
| 1 Tsp | Pepper |
1) Divide broccoli, ham and half of the cheese in each tart shell.
2) Blend eggs, milk, onion, garlic, salt and pepper together.
3) Place equal amounts in each tart shell.
4) Top with cheese.
5) Bake at 375 F for 20 minutes.
