| 1/3 Loaf | French or Italian Bread |
| 60 - 90 g | Mozzarella Cheese (or any fave cheese), sliced |
| 1 | Tomato, sliced |
| Rosemary |
| Thyme Leaves |
| Black Pepper |
| Olive Oil |
1) Cut bread lengthwise.
2) On each bread half, alternate cheese and tomao slices.
3) Sprinkle with herbs and drizzle with a few drops of oil.
4) Bake at 375 F for 10 - 12 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
