| 2 Lbs | Lean Ground Beef |
| 2 Lbs | Potatoes, peeled and quartered |
| 1/4 Cup | Milk, hot |
| 2 Tbsp | Butter |
| Salt and Pepper to taste |
| 3/4 Cup | Cheddar Cheese |
| 2 Tbsp | Olive Oil |
| 2 | Onions, diced |
| 2 Cloves | Garlic, minced |
| 2 Tbsp | Flour |
| 1 Cup | Milk |
| 1/4 Tsp | Tabasco Sauce |
| 1 Tsp | Worcestershire Sauce |
| 1/4 Cup | Parsley, fresh and chopped |
| 3/4 Cup | Bread Crumbs |
| 3/4 Cup | Peas, frozen |
| 3/4 Cup | Corn, frozen |
| 1 Tsp | Paprika |
1) Cook potatoes in boiling, salted water for 20 minutes until tender. Mash.
2) Combine with milk, butter, salt, pepper and cheese. Set aside.
3) Meanwhile, cook onions and garlic in oil until tender.
4) Add meat. Brown lightly. Drain.
5) Shake milk and flour together. Add with meat and boil. Cook for 3 - 4 minutes.
6) Cook until thickened slightly, for 10 minutes.
7) Add seasonings, bread crumbs and frozen peas.
8) Season to taste with salt and pepper.
9) Transfer mixture to a buttered casserole dish.
10) Spread corn over meat mixture.
11) Spread or pipe mashed potatoes on top.
12) Sprinkle with paprika.
13) Bake in a preheated 400 F oven for 30 minutes.
