| 2 Lb | Lean Ground Beef |
| 1 1/2 Cups | Onion, diced |
| 1/2 Cup | Sweet pepper, diced |
| 2 Cloves | Garlic, minced |
| 2/3 Cup | Water |
| 1/2 Cup | Ketchup |
| 2 Tbsp | Mustard, prepared |
| 2 Tsp | Chili Pepper |
| 1 1/2 Tsp | Cumin |
| 1/2 Tsp | Salt |
| 1/2 Tsp | Pepper |
| 2 Cans | Tomato Sauce |
| 15 oz Can | Black Beans, drained |
| 14 oz Can | Tomatoes, whole, drained and chopped |
| 6 oz Can | Tomato Paste |
| Hamburger Buns |
1) Cook first 4 ingredients in a skillet over medium heat until browned, stirring to crumble. Remove from pan and drain.
2) Add all the ingredients together in a big pot and bring to a boil.
3) Let simmer for 30 minutes.
4) Eat with hamburger buns.
