| 1 Lb | Lean Ground Beef |
| 2 Tbsp | Olive Oil |
| 1/2 Cup | Celery, sliced |
| 1/2 Cup | Onion, diced |
| 2 Tbsp | Flour |
| 1 Tsp | Salt |
| 1/2 Tsp | Pepper |
| 1 Cup | Boiling Water |
| 1 | Beef Bouillon Cube |
| 3 Cups | Mashed Potatoes |
1) Combine beef, onion and celery; fry until brown. Stir in salt, pepper and flour. Boil water to dissolve bouillon cube. Add to meat and stir until thickened.
2) Spread into 1 1/2 quart casserole.
3) Cover with peas, carrots or corn. Top with mashed potatoes.
4) Bake uncovered at 350 F for 30 minutes.
